Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Guruji Satsang Mart account and your personal data at any time.
How to delete
- Email [[SUPPORT EMAIL]] with the subject “Delete my account”.
- In the email, give the phone number you sign in with.
- We will send a one-time password to that number to check the request is really from you.
- Once you confirm, we delete your account and email you when it is done.
If you want us to delete only some of your data and keep your account, say which data in the same email.
What we delete
- Your profile: phone number, name, city and WhatsApp number.
- The satsangs you created, including their private addresses.
- Your seat requests and your “would attend again” answers.
- Your vendor profile and quotes, if you are a vendor.
- Your notification settings and your Journey statistics.
We complete the deletion within 30 days of your confirmation.
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and payment records. Tax, GST and accounting laws require us to keep them.
- Records of disputes that are still open or that the law lets someone reopen.
- Security and fraud logs, only where needed to protect other users.
We use this retained information only for those purposes.
Before you delete
- Deleting an account cannot be undone.
- If you have a paid seva that has not been delivered yet, or an upcoming satsang, tell us in your email. We will handle any refund under our refund rules first.
